Most managed service plans include standard onboarding. Complex migrations or custom integrations may require a one-time setup fee, which we'll quote during your consultation.
What's the minimum contract term?
We offer month-to-month agreements for most services. Annual commitments receive a 10% discount. Enterprise plans may require a 12-month minimum.
Can I combine packages?
Absolutely. Many clients combine Managed IT with Cybersecurity add-ons. We offer bundled pricing that provides better value than purchasing services separately.
What's included in the cloud infrastructure costs?
Cloud plans cover our management and support services. The actual cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is billed separately based on your usage. We help optimize these costs as part of our service.
